Emrah (actually both brothers) are some of the most kind, patient, and caring professionals I’ve met. They will take your needs/wants into consideration and give you the best possible product that they can! I’m eating them 5 stars as I cannot give 10.

I purchased a small stainless steel ring (on the cheaper side) with some matte paint on it. When I asked about the durability of the paint, I was told it should be good for every day use. Well, the paint began to chip off after only a day. I returned to ask if they could remove the remaining paint and polish the ring to which they did. Fast forward a few weeks and I stop by again to say hello to find out that Emrah had actually ordered some replacement rings with better paint for me to look at! I never asked for this, he did it out of his own volition and selflessness.

Ultimately, I chose a ring without any paint and when I attempted to pay him, he refused payment citing that it’s his fault I got a subpar product in the first place because he gave me bad advice, and that it was his fault. He reluctantly accepted a €10 tip, though.

Awesome people selling/servicing a wide variety of jewelry for a bargain prices! Cannot recommend enough.

Very helpful and reasonable prices. Had many watch batteries replaced, watch bands, ring engraving, keys made, and a few other services. Owner is very helpful and friendly. He's also friends with Santa Clause, I keep telling people Santa is real, and this guy knows what up. Thank you.
