A great TLA house, but more importantly, great customer service.

I had some issues getting housing initially and needed somewhere to stay ASAP. We contacted ImmoTeam Jakob as a last minute Hail Mary and they came through with this Mackenbach house - it really saved the day.

The house is very modern, well maintained, and clean. Location is family friendly with good neighbors, trails, etc. Access to RAB is fast if that’s your thing.

Great TLA stay! Nice spacious house with great amenities and nice yard. Close to RAB, 10 mins away. Mackenbach is a great town to live in during your arrival or departure from the KMC. The staff was great to work with.

We moved to Germany with our 3 kids and stayed in one of Nico’s homes and we couldn’t have asked for a better home to live in while we adjusted to the move. It was modern, spacious, clean and had everything we needed, including a car, while we waited for all of our belongings and Nico was very responsive to any slight issues we had. It was such a nice house that we didn’t want to leave when our time was up! The icing on the cake was that Nico gave us tips on good restaurants, where to shop, and answered so many questions we had as we adjusted to life in Germany. It was a 💯 positive experience.

Highly recommend booking with this Team! Our family received a non-availability notice the day of our departure and Nico secured us a short-notice TLA, then arranged a vehicle after our pre-ordered car was not delivered as expected. OCONUS moves are filled with challenges but this Team communicates effectively, makes you feel welcomed, and offers modern well-appointed family-friendly accommodations near amenities. We are sad to leave our TLA neighborhood as we have made friends with neighbors and local businesses but look forward to working with Nico and the Team, again!

ImmoTeam Jakob and Nico are wonderful. We recently arrived to Germany and stayed in one of their TLA homes in Mackenbach. The house was huge (5 BR, 3 full baths, fenced yard, garage), fully updated, well-maintained, fully stocked with supplies and furnishings, came with a rental car and made our transition overseas flawless. Every aspect of their home is perfect and Niko was always responsive to questions that we had. He helped us out with accommodations but also questions related to adjusting to life overseas. I highly recommend using ImmoTeam Jakob for TLAs or for any real estate needs!

The house was so modern and very clean. The extra amenities found in this home was a pleasant surprise that wasn’t expected when relocating to Germany. The large rooms and living spaces allowed my large family to have their own space when adjusting to German living. The staff, Nico especially , was very professional and greeted us on day 1 and responded to all inquires no matter how small throughout our stay. He was very informative of the area and was quick to assist with anything we needed to be answered during our adjustment to living in Germany. The neighborhood was quint and beautiful. The neighbors were very nice and made us feel welcomed to the area. If I could I would have never left this home. I would highly recommend this company and especially this beautiful home.

Great EXPERIENCE, great PEOPLE, and GREAT HOUSE. Richard took such good care of us by allowing us access to the house early on a Saturday morning right after flying in. The house we stayed in is ultra modern, functional, and clean. For you Cooks the Kitchen was Much Larger than a typical European one and had the amnesties to go with. The open concept is great for Family Interaction, while the many bedrooms allowed our 5-person group to have privacy when we wanted it.

Richard and Nico were super customer friendly. They are flexible with providing payments during the stay and knowledgeable about the gov't rules, making sure I did things right to ensure I got reimbursement.

We were so spoiled by the great house that it made us much more discerning during the house hunt because 1)We saw how great things can be in a local home and 2) Saying no to a place that is almost perfect is OK because we get to stay in "our" Jakob TLA a bit longer
