1 - Room cleaning one day in week
2 - No washing or ironing service is offered
(instead washing machines placed on every floor)
3 - place is quite peaceful however if you wanna go out walking for drinking or eating, options are very low.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Clean room, nice facilities and quite spacious! Rooms were well equipped. We stayed as a family of four and it was very comfy. Bathroom was nice too. Only point of improvement would be a better ventilation system. The rooms were very warm and it felt a bit humid. there was no system available to improve that. We looked everywhere but couldn’t find it. There was also no fan in the room. So on a warm summer day, that’s the only downside really. Location was perfect for us as it was right off the highway and we were just passing through.

It was all way above my expectations. Clean, tidy hotel with all comforts. Friendly and welcoming staff. My only doubt was when, at the time of early check-in, they made me pay the full amount of the night... I entered at 7 in the morning and check in was at 3pm, I knew I would have paid more, but paying the full amount, it seems excessive to me.. so I paid for 2 nights, but I used 1 night and half a day.

The hotel is located next to the highway, with a bus stop right in front and it takes around 30 minutes to reach Hamburg city center by bus. The nearest train station is about a 15-minute walk away.

Check-in was smooth and fast. The room was small but had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a strong shower, a hairdryer, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a TV. Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.

The room was soundproof, so we barely heard any noise. The car park costs €12 per day.
