I have absolutely NOTHING but GREAT things to say about this charming "boutique" of a store! First rate customer service, and the craftsmanship/artistry and IMPECCABLE attention to specific details were unequivocally followed to the, "T," no pun intended. Not only are they incredibly accommodating, they are VERY pleasant and charming. Their communication skills are pure perfection and punctual! After my initial, "consultation," we communicated via text, primarily. But, whatever I requested and/or pointed out, or wanted changed, moved, modified, centered, adjusted, raised, lowered, etc. They simply accomplished and produced EXACTLY what I wanted! And, I'm one of, "those" (picky, difficult and demanding) customers, wanting PRECISE accuracy. They REALLY delivered, and maintained an extremely professional and gracious demeanor. I'm extraordinarily thankful for their amazing work, and won't HESITATE to do further business with this lovely establishment! As they say in the series, "POSE," "TENS ACROSS THE BOARD!!"

I wish I could go to 5 negative stars. DO NOT GO HERE. I spoke to the owner 2 days in advance for a very simple embroidery. On the day of, he made me waste my entire day without an update. When I arrived, he made me wait to realize that he had put the wrong logo size on my shirt.
He said he couldn’t do anything and just told me to go. I asked to have replaced the linen shirt I have provided, but he said he hd no money. He went on a rant telling me he was broke, he had not seen his kids in a very long time and that he had court the following week.
Additionally, he had the courage to tell me that the logo he had added was cute and that my boyfriend would like it. Saying that what matters was my intention.
I not only wasted my time, but walked out with a ruined shirt and an awful and extremely disrespectful interaction.

Great service! I placed an order 2 days before needing to travel. They ran into a delay and instead of missing the deadline they shipped the goods to my destination so they were there when I arrived. Would highly recommend.

The owner Ivan and his team does Amazing work, so precise, the embroidery is so tight and detailed and vibrant like I’ve never seen before. I’m in the fashion industry and for many reasons I wouldn’t go elsewhere. I’ve never seen such amazing quality and work compared to Anyone. Highly recommended, it is THE place to go.
