Don't rely on these guys; most of their Google reviews are fake. Check them out on Yelp and you'll find plenty of negative feedback. They don't bother troubleshooting and instead try to push unnecessary expensive parts, memberships, and services on you. They came to "check out" my AC and charged me $100 just for that. The technician spent less than 15 minutes "evaluating" it, didn't even try to turn on the AC or check the voltages. He claimed my blower fan, capacitor, and contactor were all broken, and quoted me $1900 for repairs. Luckily, my neighbor recommended his AC company, who properly diagnosed the issue: a loose wire. No need for new parts like they claimed and my system is back up and running

EDIT 11/7/24: Thanks for getting back to me, but honestly, it’s hard to believe the reviews are legit. When you call this company, you usually end up talking to a third-party answering service about 90% of the time. Leaving a message is pretty pointless because no one ever calls back. On the rare chance the actual company picks up, I think it was Luke (or maybe Lucas?) who apologizes and says it shouldn’t have happened, and promises to look into a refund of the service fee—but that never seems to go anywhere. Thanks to the ac company my neighbor referred to me my AC is still running fine and I have $1800 in my pocket!

We faced a huge project and expense replacing our air ducts, insulation, and AC unit. After getting quotes from 3 different companies, we decided to go with D&D Air. They offered the best product for a reasonable price. Chris, our comfort specialist, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered our questions, and was responsive to phone calls and text. Carlos was also wonderful. His team was efficient in getting the job done on time and did not leave a mess. It was also thoughtful of them to bring in our Amazon delivery when it was raining (we moved out for a few days during construction). The final cost was exactly what was quoted as well. We look forward to signing up with their maintenance plan and future business with them. Highly recommend!

Our AC unit went out a few months ago. D&D was able to send some out within 24 hrs. Tristan found the problem and got it fixed same day. Awesome service, thanks!

D&D replaced my a/c unit and air handler a few years ago and have always been great to deal with. Destin came out yesterday to perform my yearly a/c maintenance. He was on time and I received a text when he was on his way. The communication was great. He was very through and went over the work performed and offered additional advice for some items to consider either now or in the future. I highly recommend D&D!

Awesome Local Company that is Near my house, Saturday morning around 11am. My air conditioner had it, I called the closes Service company after hours to my house in Lakewood Ranch. They came told me what I already knew and I setup a replacement installation. Totally Satisfied with everyone involved appreciate all of my concerns you All answered. First incident was in September 2023. New unit installed by D&D in January leaked badly, ruining baseboards, and drywall causing significant mold. After many calls and pleading, they did replace the walls and baseboards and paid for mold remediation. A few months later, they had to come back and fix another leak caught by a moisture leak alarm I installed. This month, the unit turned off. I was Leary of calling them, but since unit is under warranty I thought I should. Turns out the pan that is under the unit was filled with water ( should not be).worse, there was no way to access the pan as it was covered by wall board. A hole had to be made in the wall to empty the pan. The technician recommended a grill grate that would allow future access to the pan. I have called for a week, sent emails and no return call. I will submit a claim with the Florida attorney general and I guess get a lawyer.
